Criswell Blacksmithing
Jan Criswell is a custom knifemaker and blacksmith based in Northeast Arkansas. Jan graduated from culinary school in 2010 in Chicago and spent the next 9 years working in restaurant kitchens. In 2017, he started making knives and it soon became my passion. In 2019, he went full time and hasn't looked back since. Jan specializes in kitchen cutlery and everyday carry fixed blades.
