Auxiliary Manufacturing
Auxiliary Manufacturing is the work of Michael Jarvis. After 15 years of restaurant work (everything from dishwasher to executive chef), Jarvis started making various pocket tools (Pry bars!) as a hobby, and making things slowly grew on him until he eventually made the transition to knives. He left his last restaurant position as general manager, to help a sick family member. In that time his hobby had become a job and with the help of his wife, got his shop set up in February 2016 and never looked back. Now he is a self taught, full time bladesmith honing his craft more with each blade.
