Hawk Knife Designs
Hawk Knives started in the mountains of Idaho, where Grant Hawk crafted fixed blade knives in a small gold mining town. As interest shifted toward folding knives, he adapted, creating the D.O.G. Lock folder, later licensed to CRKT. That milestone laid the foundation for Hawk Knives as a name known for mechanical innovation and thoughtful design. Today, Gavin Hawk continues that legacy, maintaining the same dedication to precision, originality, and pushing knife design beyond convention.
