Great American Tool Company

In 1989, my wife Nancy and I started The Great American Tool Company in Buffalo, New York. Our mission was to manufacture high-performance knife and tool sharpeners and accessories. Today, as we celebrate our 15th year of business, our company and product line have grown, but our philosophy remains the same: to build precise and reliable knives and sharpeners that perform to 100% customer satisfaction.

Our valued customers now include sportsmen, tradesmen, police, military personnel, special operations team members, firefighters, paramedics, first responders, EMT personnel, mechanics, professional chef’s, homemakers and do-it-yourselfers. We strive to provide each with the type of fine quality sharpeners, knives and tools to help make their work more productive, their leisure time more enjoyable.
