BCB2248R: 2248R Rosewood Slimline Trapper

Bear & Son Cutlery

The Rosewood Slimline Trapper has the two traditional trapper blades – clip and spey – both 2.75" long. Made of 440 high-carbon stainless steel, these taper-ground blades are rust-resistant and really hold their edge well. The Rosewood handle scales are contoured for a comfortable, sure grip and are framed by nickel silver bolsters. With either blade open, the 2248R is 6.875" long and it weighs 2.6 ounces. The 2248R Rosewood Slimline Trapper, like all Bear knives, is proudly made in the USA, in their Jacksonville, Alabama plant.

A Winner
The rosewood handles are very nice . The blades are nice and tight when opening, and snap into place. No blade play. The fit and finish is perfect. The quality of this knife is top notch. This is my 5th Bear & Son knife, and I am pleased with all of them.

Beautiful knife
Knife came razer sharp both blades. Fit and finish are perfect and the slip joints feel great. Would absolutely recommend.
