Wanted to love or at least like Bear Ops (and Sons etc.)
My 3rd Bear etc. knife. I only buy USA made knives and I really wanted to like these guys. this balisong-butterfly seemed really nice, not something I would edc, but fun to have around. But dang, fell apart 15 minutes into ownership. and what size is the allen screw? I have plenty of tools, none fit very well...metric?...standard? Not something I would depend on. Would like to be able to depend on any tool I own, not this one though. Yes, I get the price point. But dang, use some "locktite" or something! Loved my Bear etc. EDC "undead stiletto", but got tired of stabbing myself when I reached into my pocket. Either too tight or too loose on the pivot screw. TSA has it now, as it was thrown into the bottom of a backpack and forgotten. Sorry for the negative review. have plenty of Case, Kershaw, Buck knives that work well and are still usable. Not this one though. Love out.
