Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Ease of Opening, Lock Ease of Use, Lock Type, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Weight
Cons: Handle Feel, Handle Material
Pretty Decent Knife, You Get What you Pay for Though.
Pros- This is a pretty good knife for the price, the DLC seems to be real (tried scratching it with a 64-65 hrc K390 blade). As for the action, I would say its acceptable, not extremely smooth but not stiff. Ergonomics are pretty good and thumbstuds have good access, blade was centered perfect. Blade shape and serrations are quite utilitarian. Blade was pretty sharp out of the box, but I've had sharper before. Cons- The biggest problem(s) I had was the uneven grinds and a chip/missed spot in the DLC. Near the serrations on the flat side of the grind, they ground way too far up, leaving grind marks past where the edge apexes. As for the DLC problem, it looks like they either ground too much near the tip or they just missed the DLC entirely when coating it. But theres maybe a 1mm×1mm spot near the tip where theres no coating. Its not so much a utility problem but its definitely a cosmetic QC issue. Then lastly the aluminum handles are very smooth and slick with little to no grip, its not terrible but its not great.
