Pros: Handle Material
Cons: None
Excellent slipjoint
A lovely knife! I use this for everyday light to moderate cutting tasks; packages, paper, cordage and the like. The ergos are good, it’s a very thin handle but tall enough to not tilt around in your grip. The blade is wonderful and came shaving sharp. Decent walk and talk but there is no half-stop which I would have preferred. All that to say I love the slim profile. Every cut I’ve made has been a joy and my knife is already getting some very pleasant patina. A solid product from Boker and you can’t go wrong with the Knifecenter.Pros: - cutting performance- aestheticsCons:- blade material ( why not 14C or AEB-L ?)- no half-stop
