Standing boldly against a backdrop of the rich stars and stripes that grace our American Flag, this majestic eagle has emerged from the past to keep a watchful eye on our great nation’s future. The scenery on this pocket knife handle is unique because it’s the first to be produced using their Case Color Infusion technology (or “Case CI”). This next-level method produces a solid ink technology that "bakes" a full “4-plus” color image onto the knife handle surface with precise pressure and heat. The resulting image bonds to the handle material to create a vibrant design that remains ultra-durable.

The Trapper gets its name from the consumer it was designed for. Because of its basic trapping and skinning blades and its light weight, it is a must-have folding knife for those who trap small game. It is a jack knife with two full-length blades: a slender Clip and a long Spey. The Clip blade is commonly used as a multi-purpose blade and preferred for detail work, while the Spey blade is commonly used as an all-purpose utility blade. This pocket knife is constructed with Case Tru-Sharp stainless steel,l which is a special high-carbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel. It also offers extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance.

PERFECT !!! FLAWLESS FIT & FINISH !
Every day carry....all sorts of uses all day long for this fabulous Stockman knife. Scales and bolsters are transitioned smoothly and without any gaps or bumps, There are zero hot spots to wear holes in my pocket. Knife feels good in the hand, and has perfect blade alignment without any wobble whatsoever. Blades are polished to a mirror finish and evenly ground very sharp right out of the box---no need to profile or sharpen anytime soon.

The scales are very nice, and are not slippery when handled with wet hands, either. This knife, as with so many other Case knives is heirloom quality...and workhorse tough! I am thrilled to own this knife.
