New Style Case - Case Axe Handle
I got the Case Cutlery XX Pocket Worn Mahogany Jig Bone Axe Handle Pocket Knife because its one of the few bone handle colors I don't have and I wanted to try out the new Case Axe Handle Pocket Knife, which is a new knife pattern from Case. The knife is very handsome and the pocket worn mahagany jigged bone looks amazing paired with the large clip point blade and oversized squared off gold bolster. I also love how the pins on the knife are flush against the bone handles, and the new axe handle shape and size, which fills my hand. My only complaint is the blade is not centered and the tip of the blade touches the brass liner when I close the knife, which is quite disappointing. Its not worth returning the knife because the blade isn't even close to being centered but it does miss the target of what could have been an almost perfect traditional pocket knife and why I am giving this knife a four out of five. I've tried one technique to recenter the knife but is was unsuccessful.
