Citadel's swords and knives are handcrafted one-off customs made entirely by skilled artisans in their small shop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. For a limited time, they’ve commissioned a special run of swords crafted in the same meticulous manner as their renowned custom creations. Limited to just 100 pieces, each sword is unique and signed by the smith on the nakago, along with the sword number and a matching certificate of authenticity.
The Wolf Katana transcends the typical black katana, offering a bold, distinctive design filled with style and grace. The black-etched wolf tsuba showcases Citadel’s exceptional attention to detail, while the lightly textured fuchi and kashira provide a gentle, comfortable grip. The 26.75" DNH7 blade is forged with bo hi to reduce weight, and the 11" tsuka is wrapped in suede tsuka ito over white same (ray skin) for a secure, customized fit. Featuring menuki with a crescent and full moon design, the dark brown saya is lacquered with a gray mist finish, complete with buffalo horn kurikata and kojiri for a flawless presentation. Each sword and saya is individually carved, ensuring a perfect fit and unparalleled craftsmanship.
