Cold Steel Knives

The Double Sided Knife Sharpener is a folding, sharpener with two diamond-coated sharpeners. One side has a 360 grit surface for edge setting and the other has an extra-fine 600 grit surface for razor-sharp honing. The honeycombed surface allows you to sharpen knives quickly because the filings are accumulated away from the grit. You can sharpen dry or with water if you choose. The handle is slightly convex for a good grip while you're sharpening your knives or tools.

Fun & Functional
This thing is a pretty sweet little sharpener, especially for a little travel option. The handles swing fairly easily but you probably won’t be doing balisong tricks with it. The sharpener aspect seems to work pretty well for this price point, which is good since that is what it’s made to do. I like it for a fun little travel sharpener that won’t take up much space.
