Enrique Pena custom knives are so precise and utterly perfect that the best, and maybe only, comparison to them would be the custom work of Sergey Rogovets. Anyone familiar with custom knives knows that this is about as high an honor as it gets because Sergey's work borders on clockwork precision. Enrique has been making knives for almost a decade and began strictly with traditional style folders. Now that he has transitioned into the tactical knife game, and transitioned quite nicely in our opinion, he's really beginning to take off. The precise fit, finish, blending of materials, appearance and design are exactly what you look for in a custom handmade knife. 

This custom Raptor slipjoint features liner-less, screw-together construction with phosphorus bronze washers. The extremely strong back spring is made from CPM-154 stainless steel and sits flush in all positions with a half-stop safety. The action is super smooth with a very positive snap and you need a good amount of pressure on the spine to close the blade. The 3" Wharncliffe blade is made from Chad Nichols Stainless Cheetah Damascus with a superbly acid etched finish. The handles are contoured Scrambled Zircu-Ti by Chad Nichols and the patterns match perfectly on each side for a beautiful looking presentation quality piece. The ergonomics are absolutely fantastic on this design and you get a comfortable, solid four-finger grip on this compact folder. This might just be the most beautiful traditional folder we've ever carried and it was perfectly handmade right here in the USA.
