The Exceed Designs TiRant ULTRA HotSwap Razor Blade Holder is a fixed-style blade insert machined from 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium, designed to maximize usable blade area on standard trapezoid razor blades in the TiRant Ultra EDC knife system. Unlike the quick-release holder, this fixed variant locks the blade firmly in place using the ULTRA's patent-pending HotSwap cam locking tab, delivering a 100% solid feel in hand with over 99% of the razor blade's edge fully accessible. The milled flat choil and jimping along the spine provide a secure, controlled grip during detailed work, making this holder a strong choice for users who prioritize precision and stability over rapid blade swaps.

Swapping blades is straightforward with a T6 Torx bit: slightly loosen the front and rear screws to slip the old blade out and the new one in, then retighten. For oversized blades, the front screw can be removed entirely to clear the blade. The holder is compatible with all 28+ blade options in the TiRant Ultra ecosystem, giving you full flexibility to load whatever edge profile suits the task.
