The upgrade you didn't know your CRKT needed till you saw it! The Flytanium Flex scales for the Columbia River Minimalist are a great option for anyone who may have 'slightly larger than average' hands or love your Minimalist but aren't a fan of finger grooves. Small knives have the tendency to be great to carry but hard to use for much of anything. The CRKT Minimalist, while light and useful for small tasks, has some challenging ergonomics that can leave you wanting more. Flytanium's answer to this is a set of keyed scales that add a bit of girth to the tang to really fill out the hand. Flytanium also has several different color options to compliment the wide variety of Minimalist models available, this set specifically is made from a heavier weave black canvas Micarta. When oiled, they have a beautiful deep black that go well with the available models. Please be aware that Flex Scales are made to fit all CRKT Minimalist Blades EXCEPT the Wharncliffe version.
