Flytanium

The Bugout is undeniably an all around fantastic knife. Flytanium pulled out all the stops on a fresh new upgrade with Crossfade scales.

These precision milled scales are a perfect fit to replace the standard Grivory scales. The elegant contours and sleek milling take your knife to the next level. These green linen micarta scales offer just enough grip and will patina beautifully over time with use!

Knife not included. Uses hardware from stock knife.

Installation of the scales requires some basic tools and knowledge. You will need a high-quality Torx bit set to remove the screws and pivot.

These scales are cross compatible with all current Bugout models, including G-10 models.

QC is mixed bag
I was excited to receive the canvas micarta scales for the Bugout. But, I was very disappointed to to find out the counter-bore for the holes were not deep enough. So, the screws did not extend far enough from the back side of the scales to allow the screws to screw into the knife stainless steel structure and stop pin. Basically, I couldn't fasten the scales to the knife with the stock screws that were removed during disassembly/removal of the stock grivory handle scales. I've contacted Knife Center. I'm sure they will do their best to do right by me. I'll try an exchange first. If the replacement doesn't work, I'll be lookin for a refund.

Great fit, love the micarta
First time changing scales and I was a bit nervous. Watched a couple videos and gave it a try; I was happily surprised how smooth it went (took maybe 25 minutes). The scales feel great. I'm looking at changing my griptilians scales next!
