Fox Knives

With wisdom, cunning, and a Wharncliffe blade made of N690 including a cap lifter, saw, scissors and mini Prybar, the Fox Vulpis lies in wait for the consumption of daily cutting tasks. This slipjoint knife does not lock and opens classically with a nail groove that is less strenuous on the finger than a traditional nail nick. Modern accents are coherently expressed in the Fox Vulpis in the graceful handle made of aluminum and the practical loop for attaching lanyards. Available in a variety of styles and tool combinations, find the Vulpis that is perfect for you.

N690

The cobalt-alloyed N690 by Böhler (not to be confused with the lower-grade N695!) is a very reliable upper-middle-grade steel Boker uses at their Solingen manufacture for a wide variety of projects.

Faith in Fox is restored!
I previously wrote a one star review - wish I could edit that one! After a pretty short period and well within the one year warranty, my scissors started to disintegrate. I contacted Fox Cutlery support in Italy and had a very poor experience where they essentially denied any support at all. Eventually, I sumbled across a site for Fox Americas, based in the US. I forwarded the traffic with the Italian support group and Fox Americas took care of me right away! Outstanding support once I reached the Americas site. Not sure why the main site didn't just redirect me there in the first place, but now that i found them, I feel very good about trusting Fox products in the future! The Vulpis itself is a nice product that sits in a nice middle ground between Victorinox keychain sized knives and the larger models. The Saw is a bit small and I wish that it were a nail file instead - I would buy the 4 in 1 instead of the 5 in 1 if I were doing it again - OK, I actually did buy the 4 in 1 in Titanium...Still needs a nail file though :).
