Pros: Sharpness, Material Quality, Overall Quality

Latest addition to our Global collection
We utilize 7 other Global knives and like this one too. While the serrated blade will be more difficult to sharpen, I don't expect this to happen in the next decade or so. There's no chopping or tough products to go through, so it will hold its own.
