Garmin International is pleased to announce the nüvi 670 GPS navigator and Personal Travel Assistant. For the ultimate ease in travel, the nüvi 670 builds upon the best selling features of the
nüvi family while adding preloaded map coverage of North America and Europe. Additional features include a super-bright, 4.3” widescreen display for improved map viewing, POI lookup and MP3/audible book playback. The built-in FM transmitter allows the user to wirelessly transmit audio, including MP3s, phone calls and audio books, through the vehicle’s stereo. nüvi 670 also offers Bluetooth® wireless technology for hands-free calling when paired with compatible phones. The nüvi 670 is packaged with Garmin’s GTM 20 FM TMC traffic receiver, which allows users to avoid traffic tie-ups by simply pushing a button to calculate a new route. Includes a 3-month trial for traffic services in the U.S.
The nüvi 670 comes preloaded with highly detailed City Navigator® NT road maps for North America and Europe. This map database features points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. The map data is provided by NAVTEQ, a world leader in premium-quality mapping. Like the original nüvi models, the 670 has unique traveler’s reference tools like optional Garmin Travel Guide, Garmin Language Guide and Garmin SaversGuide®.
