Stropping is a pivotal process of sharpening that takes your knives edge from good to glorious! Knaf's has designed a strop that you can take anywhere with you to make sure your knife is always hair popping sharp! The benefit is less sharpening, less blade material removed, and ultimately your tools last longer. This knife strop loves popping hair. Seriously, this leather sharpening strop will help keep the microscopic edge of your knife honed for higher speed, lower drag, happy slicing. Keep in mind: stropping doesn't replace sharpening. It's part of a maintenance program in between sharpening to keep your tools honed.

Longtime sharpener, first time stropper
This strop is the perfect size for a pocket knife... I think... I've never stropped before (owning and using EDC and medium duty knives for over 20 years), I just used my Lansky kit but this strop added a real difference in all the silly edge tests from YouTube... But yeah, a strop is worth it, and this is one that works.
