MAM1C: #1C Knife with Fork and Bottle Opener

MAM Filmam

Established in 1870, the Filmam Manufactory in Palaculo, Portugal, has excelled in manufacturing variations of essential tools, while offering an outstanding price-performance ratio. The simple design developed for agricultural work, has evolved over many generations in function and form. The stainless steel used in these tools come from Germany and is specially treated using a traditional method of high quality temper with more than 56 degrees of hardness. This impressive satin finished steel has molybdenum vanadium silicium and carbon. With the right precision, these components make the stainless steel very durable, rust resistant, flexible and easy to use. The handles are crafted from a fine French beech wood, and are treated with a special polish that provides added resistance and durability. The nature of beech wood, very light yet very strong, makes it a popular choice for pocket knives and provides a smooth and comfortable grip.

Knife Center has an excellent selection of kitchen knives, kitchen accessories, cutlery, and kitchen gadgets.

Pros: Sharpenability, Material Quality, Overall Quality, Construction
Cons: Design
Great knife. For what it is.
I got this as a gift. I have collected knives for 60 years. I have gotten to the point where I like unique. The fork works . But is at a odd angle. Better than using your fingers. A spoon would be better. Option, and I am sure there is one out there. The blade will take and hold a good edge and sharpens easily. Great little knife, a lot of fun.,highly recommend.
