Named after the Troodon (troh-o-don) Dinosaur, Troodon is Greek for "wounding tooth" and this knife is just that. The Troodon brings together a superior out-the-front technology with the feel of a Microtech classic. This custom Tony Marfione Combat Troodon model is a knife built to be used and was made in collaboration with his son Sean. The handle is black anodized aluminum with a durable, balanced feeling to it and a reversible tip-down pocket clip. The blade is a single-edged tanto version of the wicked awesome Hellhound shape with the trademark fluting and thumb ramp jimping. It's made from M390 stainless steel with a two-tone stonewashed DLC finish. All the hardware including the glass-breaker and actuation switch are ringed two-tone DLC which completes the black and white look of this tactical design.
