Great Vegetable Knife
I was looking for a knife to slice vegetables with and selected this one based on the manufacturer's reputation and Knife Center Review. This is a great knife for its intended purpose. Works great.

Excellent!!
I use the knife mainly for slicing vegatables and found its thin blade does an excellent job. Also takes and holds an edge quite good. Handle very comfortable angle and shape. Very good value for money!
