Nick Swan is a name you need to get to know. He's relatively new to the knife community but already has one of the most prestigious awards on his mantle; Best New Maker at the 2016 Usual Suspects Network GVIII Show in Las Vegas. Judged by his fellow exhibitors, Swan impressed both them and the other patrons with a variety of his own knife designs, each with superior fit and finish. Nick credits many of the skills he's developed to Richard Rogers, the talented New Mexican custom knifemaker whom Swan worked alongside in the beginning. He is currently looking into production collaborations, expanding his shop to meet his newly found demand, and transitioning into full-time knifemaking.

This is his Pull Tab V2 bottle opener design that is one very cool tool. It measures 2.65" x 1.78" x 0.250" thick, weighs exactly an ounce and is made from carbon fiber and titanium with an orange peel textured finish. Nick says that it is guaranteed to improve hand strength, grip, and torque, which must be true coming from the worlds okayest knifemaker. Handmade in the USA and includes a combination light and dark brown Greg Stevens leather drop pouch.
