The Lontra EDX is the third model in the ever-expanding Ochs Worx EDX line of limited-run, ultra-high-quality Crossover production knives, and tools. Lontra is a genus of otters from the Americas with the North American river otter being the most widely recognizable and local to Eric's home in the Pacific Northwest. The knife loosely resembles the semiaquatic mammal it's named after, and those who have followed Eric for a while will know he has done several versions of his Otter folders. For its diminutive size, it's a sneaky powerhouse of an EDC tool and a fresh take incorporating a front flipper, clean rounded profile, and unique blade shape. 

The Lontra EDX features an M390 blade which is a super high-grade Powder Stainless Steel with great edge holding and stainless properties. The flat ground blade has a two-direction satin finish. The titanium frame features an ergonomic design for ease of use and a comfortable user-friendly textured bolster area and a reversible 3D titanium clip. The four options are a full natural Titanium frame lock and three versions with inset handle scales in Black Twill Carbon Fiber, Arctic Blue, or Purple Haze FatCarbon. The EDX line is designed to be a near-custom quality tool at a much more affordable price.
