The RoseCraft Blades Elk River Easy Open Jack is a sleek, one-blade pocket knife featuring a 2.75" 14C28N stainless steel sheepsfoot blade with a brushed satin finish, heavy swedging, and a half-stop for added control. Available with Toasted White Bone and Red Jigged Bone covers, it includes brushed stainless steel bolsters and liners, nickel silver pins, and the distinctive diamond shield. Designed for ease of use with an “easy open” slot, it measures 3.5" closed, 6.25" overall, and weighs just 2.3 oz. Inspired by a classic I-X-L pattern, this modern folding knife interpretation comes from designer Andy Armstrong.
