RoseCraft Blades

The RoseCraft Blades Snake River Copperhead is a masterful evolution of the traditional copperhead pattern, blending heritage aesthetics with modern high-performance materials. This traditional slipjoint knife features a three-inch Wharncliffe blade crafted from premium 14C28N stainless steel, a choice celebrated for its exceptional edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The blade’s aggressive geometry is enhanced by a brushed satin finish, heavy swedging, and a classic long pull, providing the precision and control needed for both detailed slicing and demanding daily tasks. Whether you are a collector of classic pocket knives or a modern user seeking a reliable EDC tool, the Snake River Copperhead delivers professional-grade utility with an unmistakable old-school soul.

The standout feature of this RoseCraft slipjoint is its stunning Vintage Blue Bone handle. Built on sturdy steel liners with brushed steel bolsters and nickel silver pins, the handle is finished with the signature Rose Bomb shield for a sophisticated, high-end look. Measuring 6.90 inches overall and weighing just 2.80 ounces, this non-locking pocket knife is engineered for comfortable, low-profile carry without sacrificing structural integrity. Complete with a secure half-stop mechanism for added safety during operation, the Snake River Copperhead is a premier traditional knife that proves timeless design and modern 14C28N steel are a match made in heaven.

A note about RoseCraft's bone/stag handles: Bone/stag are natural handle materials that vary in texture, pattern, and natural coloring. Every bone/stag-handled knife will look different because the material isn't identical. At RoseCraft, they don't use dye to cover up what we think is the natural beauty of the material. They use it to accentuate that natural beauty, and you're going to see a lot of that gorgeous natural texture and pattern that is in your unique bone/stag-handled knife.

Beautiful Wharncliffe Pocket Knife
I saw this knife on KnifeCenter's site as soon as it came out recently and I knew that I needed this knife. Wharncliffe and Sheepsfoot blades are some of my favorite types of blades and this knife really does deliver. The blue handles are deep and rich and the fit of the handles to the bolsters is excellent with no gaps or mismatch. Blade is thicker than the blades on my two Case Copperhead/Copperlock folders and this knife matches and even exceeds the QC on those Case knives (which was good to begin with). The blade is centered well when closed and the blade has no play in the vertical/horizontal axes. The spring is significantly stronger than in my two Case knives, but this may loosen up in time and I do not see this as a Con against the knife. The blade arrived very sharp and cuts well. Overall, this is an excellent knife especially given the price and I will look to purchase more RoseCraft blades(as long as they're in stock :) ).
