Very Successful Gifts
I gave two of these as presents last year. In both cases I have been told that they are the only knife used in each kitchen for anything they are big enough to handle. The handle gets great reviews for arthritic hands and the blades seem to hold an edge quite well. I have one more, for our own kitchen but haven't dared take it out of the box until my wife gets better adjusted to taking Warfarin. She bleeds easily enough from plastic packaging that I am not about to give her a sharp blade ... yet
