A good parer
It is well made and good steel. It matches the style of my other kitchen knives. I expect it to last my life with good care. I would prefer it be forged with a bolster, but that is not a reasonable ask at this price. I got what I paid for. The only negative is that the edge was ground a little roughly and was not overly sharp. I am not deducting any points for that because it was easily taken care of with some light stropping.
