Most used small kitchen knife
This is the most often used knife from my kitchen drawer.I origianally bought the knife for slicing tomatoes; which it excels in; I happen to prefer paper thin slices on tomatoes(that way I can layer them on, say 3 superthin slices verses I chunky piece),But I have found that it is great for use in making sandwiches, it is the only knife I need for this.It is so lightweight, but perfectly balanced, like Goldilocks said....It's just right!
