Wusthof Classic 2-3/4" Bird's Beak Peeling Knife

This knife was all my 'just moved to his own apartment' son asked for Christmas. It is a precision hand knife, a personal knife, an unusual knife that once you have it you will never be without.Optimally it is a precision decorating knife for vegetables; OK I use it for that too. But I personally love the decadence of sitting down with that knife & a whole fruit or avocado.Wusthof quality, sharpness & sharpenability of course!
