Been shopping with Knife Center for about half a year now, and I have always been very impressed with their selection and customer service, knowledge sharing, and value for the price.
I researched a lot of retailers when I got into knife collecting, and Knife Center had the best prices, and still does.
Best of all, they finally fixed their transactional emails, so they no longer have broken images!!! My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer to them, though that might be a bad thing.
Oh, I also really appreciate how quickly they update their inventory. I celebrate a little when I manage to snag one of the last of an item I wanted. I only wish I could be notified when an item I want is back in stock.

I placed an order for a Spyderco Police 4 Folding Knife with KnifeCenter's exclusive Pakkawood scales on Thursday evening, and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in Monday's mail. Definitely quicker than expected. Box arrived in perfect, undamaged condition and the knife was definitely nicer than I could have hoped for. This is a large knife, but it fits perfectly in my admittedly larger than average hand. The mahogany Pakkawood scales look even better than in the pictures, and it's surprisingly light for such a large knife. Blade easily passed the paper cutting test and is as sharp as the sharpest knives I've purchased. Used it for everyday sort of cutting tasks and it works wonderfully. I definitely would recommend this exclusive Spyderco Police 4 from KnifeCenter.

Knife Center has always (for as long as I have dealt with them anyway) been a pleasure to deal with. Shipment show up when scheduled (unless carrier has problems) and prices for knives, etc., are are as good or better than the other places I shop. No complaints whatever.

Knife center has always had outstanding customer service but recently they out did themselves. Spending days on end, email after email, helping me with issues regarding my account with them. Any shop can provide good products and pricing. What makes for a GREAT experience is the service provided when needed. Knife Center customer service (thank you, Heather!) went above and beyond when I needed help with a small order that was lost by USPS. I got nothing from USPS, while Knife Center gave me fast, courteous, attentive, service. I very highly recommend Knife Center.

It was really easy getting what I wanted and shipping was very quick as well. I did have an issue with a knife but the issue was sorted out very swiftly. I emailed the team and how a response back the same day and was offered a replacement as well as a prepaid label to ship the knife in question back. Overall great customer service and professional business procedure.

This is the best company to buy from because they respond to emails same day and are willing to go out of their way to help as much as possible! They also have competitive pricing
