Compact and Powerful
I purchased two of these on separate occasions. I have the SST version as referenced here, and also the OSRAM version which is brighter and also throws the beam out to a substantially greater distance. But for typical EDC uses I don't really need or want a more powerful searchlight beam. As I compare the two, I really appreciate the natural color hues that are reflected by the SST version much more. The SST version is still super bright if needed, but it does indeed reflect colors more similarly to natural sunlight. I love it and would recommend it for EDC or household use. Note that you will want to have a separate battery re-charger if you own this model. Can't comment on the durability yet.
