I think some of the handle "fit and finish" could be better and the leather sheath does the job but if held upside down the two smaller knives will fall out. That being said I still rate this as "5" because I have found them uniquely useful. I can take apart a chicken quickly with any one of these or I can use them all in different spots. The large knife works great for removing the center of spaghetti squashes. I split the squash with a cleaver style knife but this hollows out the inside perfectly. I've had them for about a year and still have a lot of uses to figure out over time but this was a good start for a odd knife set and I wanted them to get some credit considering how frequently I find them useful.
