Perfect

Bought for EDC and general purpose camp knife, it’s the absolute perfect size, been using the brothers of bushcraft for a few years and I can already tell I’m liking this one more, fit and finish are phenomenal, retention on sheath is snug, and of course a stone wash blade is a must for any knife made to be used. Tops and Al Mar nailed it with this one.

Solid Fixed Blade

Impressed by how tough and sharp this knife is, and how light. Stays in the Kydex sheath till' needed, will not fall out. Perfect for backwoods camping. Used for everything from cutting small branches, to cleaning trout, to cutting rope, etc. Love it.

Disappointment

This is a great knife but the sheath/scabbard was a great disappointment to me. I was looking for a knife that was easy to conceal and use in a scout carry. The feature to allow the knife carry to rotate and allow 306 degree positions the knife away from the body and makes it difficult to conceal, IMO. I wanted a sheath that would position the knife either in a vertical and/or horizontal orientation close to my body to make in concealable. I will keep the knife in the hopes of finding some way to use it. I had to resort to buying another that that would be suitable for scout carry, even though I did not think the blade was as good as I wanted.
