Great little knife!
I am currently a culinary student. I happened to notice my primary Chef using a Mac knife in this style. Its great at deboning chicken although I wish the handle was a little longer. But its also great at almost anything a paring knife is as well as small chopping jobs. The price is fantastic! A wise purchase.
