Superb stone
I finally ordered the Belgian Blue Whetstone, and couldn't be happier with it... There is a lot of satisfaction in using this stone, both with the incredibly sharp results on my knives, but also in using the stone itself. Much happier with this compared to my diamond stones, though I still use the diamond stones for the initial sharpening, then the blue stone for the finer honing. So glad I bought this, and as always, the Knife Center was a pleasure to deal with!
