This baton is awesome and I will extremely likely be buying another one to do a double stick striking technique that is called heaven six where you can hit something 7 times with full force strikes in about one second. Heaven six is an extremely good striking technique to know even if you only have one baton. And doing heaven six with two batons is not only great to know for fighting applications, but it's also a fantastic exercise. But more about the baton. It's light weight yet still packs a punch. It comes out easily when swung or pulled out by hand and it returns easily with a push of a button that's located on the butt end of it. The grip is oh so comfortable like gripping onto an expensive bicycle grip that is made out of very durable dense foam rubber and the grip fits my hand perfectly and I could even do punches while holding it. This looks to me to be the best baton ever made so far.
