Heavy Duty Baton!
This is my second ASP Baton, 3rd ASP product overall, I have a 16" with a leverage cap, too(black chrome). I got that one for portability, ease of use. The 16" is fun to play around with, people get a kick out of flipping it open when they come over. The 26" is different, it is no joke! Compared to the 16" with the leverage cap on it is still 2 inches bigger closed! I may just need to break it in a bit, but it takes some work to whip it open and have it lock up solid. I am not a weak person, but I know it will take a lot of practice to handle this baton effectively. Extremely well made as my other ASP products are. The weight is a pro and a con because it can easily be one or the other. But I tell you, the extra reach is outstanding. I am definitely keeping my 16" but I already have a leverage cap for this one on the way. If you want the reach and you think you can handle it, this is a top notch product. You can look into the Airweight series if the chromes are too heavy.
