Great Expectations
...are not what one should have for this knife. If you temper your expectations, this guy can be a great little beater to use in situations where you need a knife you don't particularly care about. Although the blade is slightly off-center on the Terroir I have, and the 420 steel won't take a serious edge, the <$11 price point means I couldn't care less if I lost it, and the Rosewood handle has a nice look and feel in my hand. Not a bad "1st Knife" if you're looking at something nifty for the youngins.
