Defiantly a keeper

Benchmade, are you reading this? Les is rolling in his grave, cause this smokes a BM63 with flyti handles. Smokes my BM41SS. Not my BM46blk-t latch. I only have 35 bali's. Half are BM's. People complained the 42 was too expensive then, but it was the epitome of modern balisongs at the time. Yet I still recommended them then, but today we have this gem. No ball bearings, but nice thick PB washers. Good hefty handles, but not too heavy. Look at the Bear Ops version, if you want a smaller tang. It's my only complaint. Bear, make me a mini version of this please. My BM32 is getting worn.

Omg

This is the best knife that I’ve ever felt!!!!!! It’s very smooth and really strong and won’t break. It’s very grippy so you don’t drop it. 100% would buy again

Butterfly knife

A good entry level butterfly knife that seems to be well made. Nicely polished steel handles and a sharp useable blade. You need to adjust and apply lock tight to the screws as they continuously loosen as soon as you start to flip the knife. Once you have it adjusted as you like it’s very smooth. No sheath or pocket clip.

Not bad at all

OK I thought it was the tanh till I was getting but if you read the description is this clip point but that's not a big deal for me. It seems sharp eyed and tried on paper yet.however right out the Box it was very stiff one of the handles. however I make videos on how to loosen them so I really don't care about that if I did I would ask them to inspect the knife and give me 1 that flip smoothly. In other words if I were to buy another bear Sun I would ask them to make sure this 1 flips because there is work into breaking it in especially for collector. and I was able to break it in enough where it flip smoothly and I put a right back in the Box. Bear and sons will be stiff And I suggest getting over rings for the latch when it gets loose after a while. Also I'm not scared of rivet pins anymore. I used to be lol I know how to tighten that up in a second with a vice. But if you don't wanna stiff knife asked them to inspect the 1st period. I would say for a small knife um it's pretty good for an entry level specially the stainless steel compared to the sync one I would say it's lighter than a jaguar and smaller basically And of course knife center service gets always a 5 star for their shipment always comes very fast. The reason wide and give it a 5 because the handle bite handle was stiff and to a new person that could be dangerous flipping.

Happy for what it cost

Decided to purchase after realizing this was an updated version with zen pins and torx screws. After receiving it I can say that I am happy overall and it appears to be a great beater or starter at this price. Out of the box one of the handles was stiff and you can expect this knife will need some tuning and cleaning when you get it but after some loctite and lube it's a tank.

Right out of the box

I want to give this knive a 4 but the factory edge was not that good. I haven't put it to stone yet so I can't comment on how well it holds an edge. With that said the weight feels good and it feels sturdy and well made. Mine was not very smooth out of the box BUT after just a few runs it loosened up and went through some of the more advanced routines with ease. So the question is. Is it worth the price? In my opinion YES.

Not well put together

First time using it, the "blade blocking bolt" fell off and cut my hand. Not a well thought out design, wish I could get my money back
