As to the other review seems like they have no experience with the convex grind. You don’t sharpen with a flat stone it ruins the blade. If you go to blackjacks site they tell you how to maintain a nice clean cutting edge like my other two blackjacks and I used cardboard or leather to touch up these FINE 🇺🇸 blades. If you want a flat grind tool go buy a China made flat grind knife throw away. I also collect Randall made knives and the grinds are different. Do some searching and reading to find what your looking for in a blade and what you expect to use it for. This is a great USA hunting blade not a Rambo survival knife. Support American made quality blades at well below Randall made knives price or timeline to delivery and it is just as functional for the task they were designed to do in my opinion, hunting. Best of all have fun life is too short to be so negative. The leather sheath is worth the price of the total package here! Well done Blackjack and Sharp Shooters leather company. Do your homework before you bash a blade. Thanks peace

Amazing Knife, tough, holds edge, durable, beautiful, feels amazing

My buddy Has This knife and I have used it and handled it several times. These Blackjacks are amazing. Their made soo well, durable, hold their edge, solid and feel fantastic in the hand. They are a real beautiful knife too. Beware Its not tacticool and you won't see "Michonne or "Darryl" from the walking dead using one and thats another plus in my book! Neckbeard Ninjas won't like it, thats how you know its Good. Theres so many people on here leaving reviews that aren't informed, knowledgeable the slightest. They Should really do a "Best of" reviews here on Knife center like the old craigslist did with ads. A convex grind is Faaaar Superior to a flat grind. Its supports the edge hundreds of percent more than a flat grind. All you have to do is strop it! Thats all!!! Exactly as the other Reviewer stated. Dont leave a horrible review for something because you dont know what your talking about. You never EVER EVER take a convex or hollow grind to a stone, it ruins it. You strop it and its amazing, it doesnt feel sharp but it is. I cant explain it, when you feel it, it feels smooth but is like a razor, it just doesnt have loads of striations that catch your finger when your checking the edge.

Great Knife, Sharp, Durable, beautiful, tacticool no Omg!!

My buddy owns this Knife and I have handled it and used it several times. Amazing, beautiful, rugged, tough, classic, reminds me of knives my grandfather used on countless deer, and other game and It feels soo god in the hand. Dont listen to the negative review. Please Do some research people, before leaving a bad review for something. As the other reviewer stated, disregard reviews from people with no common sense or a iq at Forrest gump level. Soo many tacticool neck beard ninjas now. Its always the same... "But can it be thrown full force against a tree, cut through a metal door, beat against a pipe or take a heard of zombies?" and "why didnt michonne or daryl from walking dead use one then?!"Hahaha Its not hard to see the autism in most of these reviews and boy they should have "best of" knife center reviews like the old "best of craigslist." I nominate the Ones like "I spent $300 on this POS knife and I can't even use it as skrewdriver, or prybar toally Useless!" and "I bought this knife and tried to saw through a hammer like Billy Mays on tv and this garbage got sooo dull, This is Such garbage, my Cutco can cut it" hahahha

Look pretty

Knife is beautiful and that's the only good thing I can say about it. The blade edge rolls cutting notches in green wood. Company will replace it, if you pay shipping, with another gorgeous but equally useless knife.
