Really nice knife

I wrote this review on the black blade one, but it applies to this one as well: It has the Harley brand and so, that is a very cool feature. Then, it's a framelock and that's a very secure locking system. The flipper works, but is a little short, but you are able to flip it pretty easily. The handle shape is really great. The grip feels natural and secure. The blade is a really good size especially for the size of the handle. It's light weight. The flat parts of the blade feature the brushed stainless finish which I really like especially compared to stonewashed or "satin." It is made in China- oh well! This does keep the price down! and it still gets 5 stars in my book!

Nice knife

Pros: Well executed grinds Very sharp out of the box Light weight Flipper opening Cons: Lock bar does not travel far enough so there is a little up and down blade play. Gritty, sticky opening...does not seem to have been oiled at the factory. Overall this is a very nice knife with a few minor and easy to correct issues. Well worth the money.

Good knife but needs tweaking

I bought this for how it looked and thought it couldn't be too bad since it's a Benchmade product. Great-looking knife. Love the finish on the blade. Came sharp with well-ground blade & edge. The handle feels great but the flipper's edges were sharp on mine. It needs a good push on the flipper to open it fully and my finger got sore quickly, so I used the Dremel to round the edges. The jimping is sharp but works well. The titanium handle is the usual silver and not bronze or copper-colored the way it appears in many photos. I've got a rattle in my knife at the moment and hope once I tighten & loc-tite it that it'll stay tight. I'm a light-use knife user but this is built solidly with thick ti slabs, early lock up, and very strong detent. Haven't done much cutting yet so can't comment on it's performance in that category. Good knife. Not great, but I really like it.
