Badass knife

I've owned this knife for over a year now. It's my absolute favorite EDC. Knife is pretty hefty, but after a while you don't notice the weight. The D2 blade sharpens and Jones to a razors edge and holds it for a long time with simple use. I've gone 2 months without nothing more than a touch up on a honing steel. The thick blade isn't ideal for all tasks, but this knife has stood up to everything and then some without even a nick in the edge. It's worked everything from industrial construction tasks, to automotive, to household. This is as solid of a knife as they come. It won't disappoint.

A Beast, Solid, Workhorse.

I bought this knife, opened the box and those were the first words I thought when I handled the piece. Came lubed from BM, no faults in deployment, wielding, certainly cutting is butter. The hold on safety is strong. Even though you treat all guns as loaded, I do the same with all mine. But this thing once locked is Ft. Knox. And I'm from Louisville lol.The D2 will almost tell you "No, dont waste my time on small tasks. I'm made for the sticks". It's just by far the most beefy and 100% capable EDC I own out of almost 50. A strong suggestion here for campers, Bigfoot, Conan, Michael Myers and Rambo. But if you dont plan to EDC it, like said it is most definitely that pack knife you know is always top 3 on your list before ready up time. As a OIF vet, I would've carried this across the pond. 20/10 stars. Scouts out!!

A Beast of a Knife

The Adamas auto is exactly what is was designed to do....be a extremely strong knife for military and/or tactical purposes. It would also be a good choice for a survival knife. It is heavy, so may not be the choice for every day carry unless the bulk and weight doesn't bother you. When it first arrived it was difficult, or impossible, to open with single thumb pressure on the Axis lock....but just like any firearm or tool it needed some lubrication and a break in period to be functional. I'd recommend using a heavy grease like lithium or gun grease on the lock system which smoothed it up very well with some use. The D2 blade came uber sharp out of the box. I think this knife will stand up to any knife test it is put to.

Ouch I cut my fingy

I cut my fingy with it It’s all good. Super sharp. See above. Wish I’d know how good it is at cutting fingies.
