Great knife I use for almost everything

I've had one in my kitchen for several months. It holds an edge very well and does a plethora of jobs. Really excels at chopping veggies and even taking a whole chicken apart. I highly recommend this knife.

I thought this would be hype...

I thought this would be hype... now it's my go-to for kitchen and grill. I actually enjoy using this knife as my just about everything cooking knife. I've used it in kitchen, grilling, and campfire cooking. So far, it's holding and edge well and only required a strop here and there. I have not "torture tested" it or chopped trees, etc. I only used it for what it was made for - and I have other knives that were made for those types of things... Very happy with it. The only draw-back is the price, which I used points and a sale and got it low enough to where I didn't have a second thought. It has been well worth it. NOTE: I am not rating sharpenability since I've not had to sharpen it yet, only strop.
