Great Steel on a Great Knife

I’ve been waiting on more Magnacut Bugouts for a while - this one is perfect without charging more than a regular Bugout.

Camp knife

This is my third bugout, and I really do use these more than any of the other knives in my collection. I had been wanting one in Magnacut for camping, for quite some time now. Now I have one that I can toss in the camping gear and not worry about it :-) Thanks guys.

Well, it’s a bugout

Of course no one likes paying this price for Grivory but the MagnaCut blade makes up for it. Good fit and finish (although not perfect). I really hope this model sticks around long enough for all Bugout fan boys to get one. If you have don’t have a Bugout this is THE ONE. Buy once cry once. I might even get another as backup.

The perfect EDC

The Benchmade Bugout with Magnacut became the perfect knife after a few upgrades. The aftermarket oversized washers made the action incredibly smooth, while the diamond grip G10 scales add a premium feel and solid grip without ruining the slim profile. The brass hardware gives it the perfect finishing touch. Lightweight, razor sharp, durable, and now customized just right—this Bugout is everything an EDC knife should be.

Perfect Experience!

Thank you to KnifeCenter for collaborating with Benchmade to offer a MagnaCut Bugout at a fair price. I’ve really enjoyed the Grivory scales on my S30V Bugout, so getting the same Ranger Green configuration without a markup is a big win. Shipping was fast, and the knife arrived in perfect condition. The action is smooth, there’s zero blade play, and the accents look fantastic.

Easily in my top 5 favorite EDC folders

Like the title says, this is one of my favorite folders. It’s beautiful in the exclusive colors, lightweight yet very rigid, and MagnaCut black blade make this a winner for me. I absolutely love the crossbar lock. You can flip it open, and flip it closed with one hand, and right back in your pocket. It doesn’t get any better than that. I would prefer a flipper instead of the thumb stud, but it’s just my personal preference. Overall, this is a great USA made knife of superb quality at a really affordable price point.

Great bugout

I use the knife frequently, everyday use, nothing radical. Blade is still sharp and no marks on the coating. The belt clip shows wear but that is typical. It is light, with an excellent blade, which are its major strengths. I own several Benchmade so no surprises, it is not a heavy duty, that is not what it was made for.
