These get hated on but I love them. If theyre too stiff then loosen some screws and make it how you want it duhh

A great knife with weak scales

This is an amazing little knife. So light yet so functional. Great blade shape & a great hand feel except for the squishy scales. I know liners would have defeated the purpose/intent of this knife but stiffer scales would make this a 6 out of 5. A knife meant to be carried on the run.

Decent, but a little disappointed

Let me set the tone by saying I've had more than a few Bugouts. This one, out of the box, build quality is everything you would expect from a Bugout. The colors are great and I really like the Cerakote. What I didn't expect is for the AXIS bar to be so rough and sticky in movement. The knife won't flip by depressing the AXIS bar. Flipping open with the thumb stud made the AXIS lock stick really tight. Actually took two hands to release. Blade movement is tight enough that closing is not a single hand operation. After a liberal oiling, the parts did start to move a little better. Hopefully operation will loosen with time.
