Best everyday carry knife that I've ever owned and I literally have a bald spot on my arm from demonstrating it's shaving capabilities right out of the box.

Great Knife!
This is a very good quality knife, very sharp out of the box. The only thing that I would change on this knife is moving the pocket clip so that it is flush with the bottom handle of the knife. This would make it a little less noticeable when clipped in your pocket.

586 mini barrage
Love this knife. I find a way to use it every day. Great for EDC. Opens with authority, locks securely, and stays sharp. Owned it for a couple months now and I haven't needed to sharpen the blade yet as it sees only light to moderate use. Clip tended to fray my jeans pocket so I lightened the tension a bit and all is good. Money well spent here.

Excellent EDC
I use the Mini Barrage daily for almost all my cutting requirements... Fantastic tough blade, secure assured axis assisted lock, firm non-slip grip. Was waiting for this smaller version of the Barrage... why did it not come earlier.

EDC on a boat cutting synthetic lines, scraping paint, fiberglass, cutting cured epoxy fiberglass, opening packages, cutting salami, popping crown caps off of beers. Tough steel. I sharpen it on DMT full size plates, Sometimes finish off with 5000 waterstone. With me all the time.

purchased as an every day carry knife. Great feel, size and weight. Like the bigger grip, lock is very solid and sturdy, no looseness in blade when open. Also very easy opening. Well done!

Benchmade done it again. This is a awesome, and beautiful knife. The M310 blad steel is excellent, I love it, very sharp. The only thing I am a little reluctant with is the AXIS-assist is a little different from my other knives, you have to use thumb studs to open. Dont really like that issue, but it is still an awesome knife. Thanks Benchmade and the Knife Center.

Love this Knife
Had this knife a week. Can't find anything not to like. It's a perfect combination of utility and looks. The action is perfect, just a small flick of your thumb and the blade is out and locked. The blade is a real slicer, sharp out of the box. Feels great in the hand.

Assembly, Quality Control issues
Knife fell apart after 2 days of very light duty. Benchmade repaired and returned with a detailed report. The wrong screws were used during assembly. They did send out a tool kit and a bottle of lube without charge. I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling about a "hand made knife" assembled with the wrong fasteners.
