Mini Barrage Replacement
I bought the Benchmade 595 Mini Boost to replace the Mini Barrage I had, the one I forgot to put in my check-in luggage and so was confiscated by airport security. I was going to buy another Mini Barrage but came across the Mini Boost at a discounted price. This knife is the perfect replacement for the Mini Barrage, almost the same size and weight, is assisted and has the same lock to prevent accidental deployment while in the pocket. At about $120, it is a bargain for Benchmade quality. Very happy with this purchase.

Great knife. Initially was skeptical of the size, until… got my hands on it. Doesn’t feel small at all. Looks good and feels even better. Very snappy. The specs are decent and with manufacturer’s reputation cannot go wrong. Plus, the retailer ( Knife Center ) is a sure bet for getting the original product. As a matter of fact, all my knives, with few exceptions, have been bought from them.

Great design but rubber handle is not durable
The concept and execution of the knife is perfect. Small, fast opening, light, best deep carry pocket clip and of course BM quality. However, durability is questionable. The Versaflex rubber has already shown sign of breaking up. Blade was also slightly off centre. Overall love the design, but don't recommend it on durability basis.
