Use on a daily basis and would recommend it to anyone
I'm an RN... I actually use the C7 on a daily basis... Sometimes it's a little hard to get the right grip but this thing really works... Would recommend it to anyone who works in an Emergency Room... It needs a Kydex sheath. Faster to draw and easier to clean...

Excellent Tool
Used in EMS setting to cut clothing and expose patients. Works well for regular clothing, jeans, and belts. Hook will get jammed and bind on thicker clothing like down coats or layers of sweatshirts (such as skiers/snowboarders with extremity injuries). With the included pouch you can keep it on your belt, which gives quick access and usually means you can remove clothing faster than the time it takes to get to a pair of trauma shears.

Sharp!
Bought he knife to fasten to an offshore fighting harness in case of reel lockup that would otherwise drag the angler overboard. The blade is much sharper than I anticipated; cut paracord like butter. Blade handle is not very ergonomically friendly.
